Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice
Due to the high computational costs of AI processing, we do not offer refunds once a script analysis has been initiated or credits have been used. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Used Credits
Once a script generation request has been initiated — meaning your topic has been submitted and the AI analysis workflow has started — the associated credit is consumed and no refund will be issued. This is because each generation incurs immediate and irreversible costs from our AI API providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini) and automation infrastructure.
2. No Refunds on Processed Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. This applies to all plans — Starter, Pro, and Agency. If you have been charged for a billing cycle, that payment cannot be reversed, regardless of your usage during that period.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to your plan until then.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your HookScript account.
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Select "Manage Subscription" and follow the cancellation steps.
If you encounter any issues canceling, contact us at cagri@hookscript.ai and we will assist you promptly.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:
- A confirmed technical failure on our end prevented script delivery entirely (i.e., no email received and no workflow was triggered).
- A duplicate charge was made in error.
To request an exception, email cagri@hookscript.ai within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
5. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service during your trial before committing to a paid plan. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account. We are always willing to resolve issues directly — please reach out to us first.
