By accessing or using HookScript ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use HookScript at hookscript.ai.

2. Description of Service

HookScript provides an AI-powered YouTube script generation service. We analyze trending videos in user-specified niches and generate content scripts using artificial intelligence models (including OpenAI and/or Google Gemini APIs). Scripts are delivered via email within approximately 5 minutes of a request.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at cagri@hookscript.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. AI-Generated Content

HookScript uses advanced AI models to generate YouTube scripts. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated scripts are provided for informational and creative assistance purposes only.
• We are not liable for any AI-generated outputs, including but not limited to inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or any content that may be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any scripts before publishing or distributing them.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, YouTube's Terms of Service, and any third-party rights (including copyright and intellectual property).
• HookScript does not claim ownership of any scripts generated for you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HookScript to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of our Service without permission.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious activities.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly and processed by Gumroad. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

The HookScript name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of HookScript and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HookScript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
